Primers are: ly-6h forward (5'-GCAGGAAGGATCATTCTGTG-3')-ly-6h reverse (5'-CACAAGACTCAGAAGTGAC-3') ". Editors note: the start and end co-ordinates relative to the Ly6h mouse cDNA RefSeq NM_011837.2 were deduced using this information.
