Notes:The Uchl3 probes used in this study by Kurihara et al., 2000 [PMID:10713173] were "were synthesized with T7 polymerase. The antisense Uch-L3 probe included exons 3 to 10 from mUCH14 linearized with StuI. The sense control probe included exons 1 to 8 from mUCH4 linearized with BglII". Editors Note: mUCH14 is a "full-length cDNA" isolated from a embryonic day 17.5 cDNA library.
