TS15 Litter Variation

For model purposes we routinely collect a litter of embryos per Theiler Stage and process the litter as per protocol - Embryo Collection Agarose for OPT.

For the model TS15 EMA:28 Embryo a was selected as the final model and can be viewed here on the EMA stage selector page.
Littermate embryos b, c, d and e are shown below as GPF1 movie outputs from the original OPT scan.

For the final selection of a model a number of criteria are taken into account - posture, stage of embryo, OPT scan quality, quality of histological processing and reconstruction.
