Results Column: FIND SIMILAR

• Each row = one EMAGE entry.
  
  
• This column contains an icon: , which when pressed will retrieve examples of gene expression patterns that are spatially similar to that EMAGE entry from the database.
  
  
• The results are ranked according to spatial similarity (the most similar pattern is always the search pattern itself which is identical).
  
  
• The search uses the LOSSST algorithm.
